Our elegant 8-room villa with a 24-metre reed-free, shallow-water, sandy lake bed, a closed beach area and a beautiful panoramic pier overlooking Badacsony-Tihany has been awaiting its guests since 2014 in Balatonszárszó.
The courtyard has a heated hydromassage pool, a fully equipped barbecue kitchen, a playground and a sunbed.
Our rooms are equipped with high quality materials and furniture, in-room safe, water heater, flat screen TV, unlimited wi-fi, as well as terrace and balcony furniture.
All rooms in the house are air-conditioned.
PRIVATE BEACH WITH WONDERFUL PANORAMIC VIEWS
The building is located in a quiet suburban part of Balatonszárszó. You can enjoy the sunset behind the Badacsony hills all year round from one of the panoramic balconies on the first floor or from the private terrace.
The house has a separate, equipped kitchen on the first floor for our guests and an outdoor kitchen in the courtyard for barbecuing and cooking.
Our 54 sqm breakfast room with its full panoramic windows and covered terrace provides an unrivalled setting for a buffet breakfast, included in the room price. Lake Balaton is only 10 metres away!

A TRUE PARADISE FOR CHILDREN
The villa has been designed with child safety in mind. In addition to the closed gate system, the water depth at the pier is limited, of only 60 cm, so that even very young children can swim safely and at their leisure. The water of Lake Balaton gradually deepens from the front stairway.
The courtyard has a playground, and we prepare accessories in the rooms to help with their care according to the guest’s request: baby bath, high chair, cutlery, cot, duvets.
Heated pool with a view
Since 2021, we also offer our guests a heated outdoor panoramic hydromassage pool to be used seasonally depending on the weather, or a plunge bath at the other end of the garden to complete the relaxation.
RECHARGING FOR YOUR PETS TOO
Gránit Villa is dog-friendly.
We welcome pets all year round for an extra charge, they cannot escape thanks to the enclosed design, the pond is highly restricted and they are allowed to bathe with their owners if they wish to do so.
On request, we can also provide a water bowl and a bed in the rooms.

- The room rate does not include tourism tax!
- We accept SZÉP cards issued by OTP, K&H and MBH banks. In case of payment with a SIM card, please pay the tourism tax in euro in cash!
- Payment can be made in advance, by bank transfer or on arrival by cash, credit card or SZÉP card.
- Rooms can be booked after 14:00 on the day of arrival and are available until 10:00 on the day of departure.
- Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed to enter Gránit Villa without adult supervision.
- Pets are welcome in our villa, and we have a dog bowl and a bed for them. The plot is completely enclosed, so they cannot escape.
- The villa building can be fully rented for private events. Musical entertainment is also possible, but the sound volume must be reduced after 10 pm.
- If cancellation occurs within 3 days of arrival, one full day’s stay will be charged
- Air conditioning comes at a price of 4 eur / night
- Free parking is possible both outside (street) and inside (closed courtyard)

Mini weddings
The Villa is also available for mini weddings. For sunset ceremonies, nature provides the most beautiful photo backdrop for the newlyweds. We are also at your disposal to provide full decoration + catering.
